I am passionate about real estate - the properties, the industry, the people. I earned my Texas Real Estate license when I was just 17 years old, and I've never looked back. I have more than 3 decades of diverse real estate experience including acquisitions, master planned community development, land development, residential and light commercial construction, as well as valuation, feasibility and marketability analysis. My clients are located across the United States, and have included Neumann Homes (Chicago, IL), John Laing Homes (West Coast – NAHB 2003 Builder of the Year) and Simonini Homes (North Carolina – NAHB 2005 Builder of the Year). I've served as a consultant on several of the largest real-estate litigation cases of the last decade, and was privileged to serve with a group of fellow CRE's in providing real estate consulting services for what was at one time the largest insane asylum in the United States. I enjoy public speaking, and have been a featured speaker for a number of conferences, including three of the last five Land Development Breakthroughs conferences. I have also had a number of articles published concerning real estate development practices and business management. In addition, I am a Certified Instructor for Argus Software so that I can provide my clients access to software best suited to income property and mixed-use analysis.
